(International Shipping) Shipping out of the US will take extra time and funding. Sometimes it is nessesary to charge a higher initial cost to allow for extra shipping costs that are incurred at the time of shipping. Once tools have safely reached the customer, a refund can then be issued back to the credit account. Shipping Charges, at the actual time of shipment, may be different from the original quoted cost due to events beyond control. An additional balance may be required before items can be shipped. If at this point an order is cancelled, a 5% production fee will be applied, and retained from the original payment. |
